  1. Usage: CTCP <nick> CLIENTINFO [<ctcpcommand>]
  2.   CLIENTINFO returns the known CTCP commands from another client in a list.
  3.   You can inspect commands further by calling 'CLIENTINFO VERSION' for
  4.   example. You will (or should) be given a one-line explanation of
  5.   what this command is supposed to do.

  7.   To find out about your own client services, execute a CLIENTINFO
  8.   on yourself: CTCP mynick CLIENTINFO
  9.  
  10. Warning:
  11.   Some CTCP commands are not supposed to be sent by hand,
  12.   in particular ERRMSG, DCC, and SED.
  13.
